Working Principle YMK High Frequency Soldering Station:
Adopt high frequency eddy current heating (induction heating
principle), High frequency Lead free soldering station is heat up
at soldering tip itself, and no heat conduction, reduce thermal
losses, heat up fast and temperature returning quickly.

MCU control circuit adopts the ATMEL company high-end chip, more
stable, precise control of output temperature and power, to achieve
American Smart Heat technology on output circuit, which can
accurately induction to solder heat energy demand, reduce a lot on
damage the components and the risk of soldering plate.
Temperature Calibrating Between Soldering Station And Tip:
After you re-set a temperature and use the Temperature Tester to
check the tip if the temperature match with soldering station
temperature or not, if the temperature is not match, then you need
to calibrate the tip temperature, the step as below:
Example: re-set temperature is 380°C and tip temperature is 350 °C.
Enter the tip temperature 350 °C into soldering station and wait
for soldering station self-correction, after several seconds, the
soldering station is back to 380°C, and then use the Temperature
Tester to test the temperature at tip, it should be show 380°C as
well, +/- 5 °C is allowed.
